Job Summary
An independent health care services and consulting firm has an open position for a Virtual OASIS Chart Review Nurse.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing OASIS assessments and documenting recommended changes
- Reviewing ICD-10 coding and sequencing from documentation in the patient chart
- Entering results from review in appropriate fields of the database
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Current State Issued RN license
- Certification in home health and hospice coding
- Certification in OASIS
- Minimum of two years of progressive home health experience reviewing OASIS
- Experience in quality assurance and/or case management
