Contractor In Charge Virtual Office Solutions is currently hiring for customer-focused Rock Stars just like you!

We offer part-time and full-time positions. Full-time hours typically range between 30-40 hours a week. Part-time hours typically range between 15-25 hours a week, but can flex to as low as 10 hours during low call volume periods. Opportunities to flex up to over 30 hours will be available during high call volume periods.
Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Office Solution Associate, you work with a supportive, service-oriented team. We take our job and our customers seriously and are looking for only the best consultants. Here's what is expected from all our consultants:
Answer inbound calls from our client's customers to assist with scheduling appointments for service technicians to repair, replace, or maintain their home systems and equipment, ask basic questions to engage the customer about their repair needs, offer the ability to upgrade to maintenance agreements based on our client's profile, and be proficient with scheduling software such as Service Titan, Field Edge, Housecall Pro, and others to schedule and assign appointments.
Educate customers about our client's fees and scheduling requirements
Book appointments by handling customer objections about price or urgency
Use active listening and basic question skills to help build a relationship with our client's customers to build trust and confidence that they have called the right company for their repair and equipment needs
Verify customer account information and update necessary information with a high degree of accuracy, as needed
Multi-task and interact with other departments to resolve customer needs, check status of work orders, and schedule appointments and service calls
Driven for success and comfortable working independently in remote office setting
Attend job-related training, refresher training, updates, and cross training
Participate in all job- related meetings as needed
Read and stay up-to-date with reference materials, announcements, promotions, changes, specials, policies, and other company business.
