Job Summary
A medical coding service is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Onboarding Assistant.
Must be able to:
- Document all Aviacode Coder information
- Assist with System Issues, Connecting Client's IT with each individual coder as needed
- Track coder onboarding progress
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have the ability to multitask in a high paced environment with great attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication abilities
- Must have working knowledge of Excel
- Must be detail and quality oriented to ensure information is completed with high degree of accuracy
- Strong follow through skills and ability to manage process from start to end without significant oversight
- Business hours required for at least one of the positions, after hours is acceptable for the other
