Virtual Onboarding Representative
Job Summary
To support the onboarding of new and existing members, the remote Virtual Delivery Onboarding Representative will facilitate digital account openings, conduct proactive outreach, and identify lending opportunities while ensuring a seamless online experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Open new consumer and small business accounts through digital platforms, ensuring efficient onboarding
- Conduct proactive outreach to engage members and identify additional lending opportunities
- Assist members with digital account setup and maintenance, providing support for those unable to visit branches
Required qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service and sales within a financial services or retail environment
- Experience working in a lending environment and opening new accounts is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
