Job Summary
A clinical testing network is filling a position for a Virtual Open House Customer Care Representative in Lenexa.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling all customer inquiries received by telephone regarding reporting of patient results, inquiries of tests and services
- Reporting laboratory results to clients and patients using established protocols
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to operate basic office equipment and utilize proficient computer skills
