Job Summary
A consumer services startup has a current position open for a Virtual Operations Dispatch Specialist in San Francisco.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing fleet management and scheduling / dispatching / some reporting
- Conferring with valets, customers and supervising personnel in order to address questions, unanticipated problems, and requests for services rendered
- Fulfilling all incoming and outgoing orders using our Order Management System
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Solid interpersonal verbal/written communication skills and endless energy for talking to people
- Great follow through on tasks and superior support skills
- The ability to consistently drive extraordinary results
- Personal computer with an up to date operating system
