Job Summary

A multinational internet retailer is in need of a Virtual Operations Information Technology Support Associate II.

Must be able to:

  • Provide basic technical support
  • Research, resolve, and respond to inquiries received
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot end user computing problems

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux Operating systems in a corporate setting
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience in Windows, Mac OS environments’
  • Adherence to shift schedules and timeliness are key requirements
