QUICK SUMMARY
The Operations Manager is RESPONSIBLE for helping the CEO and Integrator in scaling the business both financially and structurally. The OM will work in conjunction with all departments to execute the vision of the business. Most importantly, the OM is also responsible for managing the results of individual projects and maintaining the company's core values with resourcefulness and enthusiasm.

This is a part-time, virtual, contract-to-hire position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our Operations Manager will primarily be responsible for:
Overseeing and creating recruiting processes
Managing our Operations Team
Communicating with all departments
Create and maintain our SOP's (standard operating procedures)
Refining our systems for scalability and efficiency
Learn our tech tools and suggest better tools as they come on the market
Mine data and track KPI's (key performance indicators)
Attending and contributing to all departmental meetings
Work with the Acquisition team to execute launches, promotions, pitches
Work with Operations team to ensure all tasks are being completed on target
Work with the Ascension team to ensure that our customer journey is in alignment with our core values and vision
Monitor all tasks in Asana to ensure that deadlines are met across all departments
Communicating with Teams and their Virtual Assistants (sending assignments, tracking deadlines)
Monitor gift assignments on behalf of the CEO and Team Managers
Coordinate and plan events and local meetups
Create and post job descriptions (when we are recruiting)
Oversee paying independent contractors
Oversee payouts to affiliates
Monitor Recurring tasks and processes used to ensure optimization
Contribute feedback to move the needle
Communicate with Ads Managers (Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads)
Resolve tech issues, if they arise with the assistance of the Operations Team

QUALIFICATIONS
You understand and pick up technology basics quickly
You're an effective communicator, especially in writing
Your grammar and writing skills are top-notch
We prefer a Mac and iPhone user who is technologically savvy, quick to learn and an early adopter
You love Active Campaign, Asana, Process St., and all other tech tools
