Job Summary

A contract research organization is seeking a Virtual Operations Recruitment Manager.

Must be able to:

• Deliver effective, customized patient recruitment and retention solutions for our clients
• Be responsible for study specific recruitment/retention strategy development
• Be responsible for the seamless integration of specific recruitment strategies

Qualifications for this position include:

• 4+ years clinical research industry experience
• Associates or bachelors degree
• Experience in patient recruitment, clinical trial execution with a pharmaceutical company, CRO, and/or healthcare facility/research site
