A privately-held global travel planning company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Operations Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Issuing complex domestic/international tickets
  • Ensuring all pnrs are quality controlled to include account requirements, Matrix reporting fields, valid fare
  • Verifying accuracy of delivery on all paper tickets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months travel agency experience or equivalent travel counselor experience
  • Proficiency in a minimum of one GDS
  • Proficiency in fare calculations
