Job Summary
An innovative veterinary platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Overnight Care Veterinary Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging with users on multiple platforms, including text-based chat, phone, and video
- Addressing member concerns regarding the health and well-being of their animals
- Reviewing patient medical records before and during interactions to quickly gain relative medical history
Position Requirements Include:
- Successful completed the VTNE
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician licensed for minimum of two years
- At least two years of experience in the practice of small animal veterinary medicine
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
