Job Summary
An IT support outsourcing company is seeking a Virtual Overnight Help Desk Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier One and Tier Two incidents via phone, chat, remote assistance
- Perform multiple, technical tasks
- Perform administrative duties such as e-mail management and documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 1+ years experience with MS Windows Server 2008 and 2012, E-mail applications and browsers, and Antivirus
- 2 years experience Contact Centre, Help Desk, In-home PC repair, Trainer / Instructor / One-on-one tutor or coach
- Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm
- At least one certification: A+, MCP, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA or equivalent experience with Microsoft Windows environments
