An independent physician group has an open position for a Virtual Patient Connection Center Inbound Call Center Representative in Fort Myers .

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serving as first point of contact via telephone with the patient
• Scheduling patient appointments, providing accurate information, and solving complaints and inquiries
• Effectively handling incoming calls effectively

Qualifications for this position include:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• OR 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to talk and type at least 35 words per minute
• Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Strong ability to multitask in a high call volume setting
