An independent physician group has an open position for a Virtual Patient Connection Center Inbound Call Center Representative in Fort Myers .
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as first point of contact via telephone with the patient
- Scheduling patient appointments, providing accurate information, and solving complaints and inquiries
- Effectively handling incoming calls effectively
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- OR 1+ years of customer service/call center experience
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to talk and type at least 35 words per minute
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong ability to multitask in a high call volume setting
