Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats, providing accurate information to patients
• Register new patients in the electronic medical record and schedule consultations
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality throughout the patient experience

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication skills
