Job Summary

Compassionate and service-driven, the full-time Virtual Patient Coordinator will provide personalized support to patients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience throughout their care journey in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats, providing accurate information to patients
• Register new patients in the electronic medical record and schedule consultations
• Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and delivering welcome packets post-registration

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine desire to help others and find purpose in meaningful work
