Virtual Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

Compassionate and service-driven, the full-time Virtual Patient Coordinator will provide personalized support to patients through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from the first interaction while working remotely and accommodating both EST and PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats, providing accurate information to patients
• Register new patients in the electronic medical record and schedule consultations
• Maintain patient records while ensuring confidentiality and preparing new patient welcome packets

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine desire to help others and find purpose in meaningful work
