Virtual Patient Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a growing fertility practice, the full-time remote Virtual Patient Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking) will manage patient interactions through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a warm and personalized experience while guiding them through registration and consultation preparations.

Key responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls, emails, and live chats while providing accurate information to patients
• Register new patients in the electronic medical record and schedule consultations
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality throughout the patient journey

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in a hospitality, retail, or customer-facing role
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong communication skills
• A passion for helping others and valuing meaningful work
