Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Virtual Patient Onboarding & Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage digital registration, scheduling, and rescheduling workflows for new and existing patients across virtual platforms
  • Maintain accurate electronic records by collecting, verifying, and communicating key patient information
  • Receive, triage, and coordinate inbound calls from healthcare providers using call center and telehealth communication systems
Requirements
  • 1+ year of Office Administration experience in a technology-enabled or fast-paced environment
  • Call/Contact center or high volume communication experience
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new digital platforms
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
