Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Virtual Patient Onboarding & Call Center Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital registration, scheduling, and rescheduling workflows for new and existing patients across virtual platforms
- Maintain accurate electronic records by collecting, verifying, and communicating key patient information
- Receive, triage, and coordinate inbound calls from healthcare providers using call center and telehealth communication systems
Requirements
- 1+ year of Office Administration experience in a technology-enabled or fast-paced environment
- Call/Contact center or high volume communication experience
- Proficiency with Google Suite and ability to quickly learn new digital platforms
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions
