Job Summary
Working remotely on a monthly rotating shift schedule, the Virtual Patient Support Specialist will manage non-clinical inquiries, triage adverse events, and document data in the CRM while providing exemplary customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and perform outgoing calls professionally, adhering to client guidelines
- Complete follow-up for missing information and ensure accurate documentation and data processing
- Identify and escalate priority issues or suspected noncompliance events to the assigned manager
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred or 1+ year of healthcare call center experience
- 1+ years of recent experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute and efficient data entry skills
- Case management experience preferred
