Job Summary

A software development firm has a current position open for a Virtual Payroll Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Provide support to client employees for payroll, benefits, and system related inquiries
  • Utilize Salesforce to log, maintain and track inbound and outbound service center calls
  • Perform essential peer review for specialists

Qualifications Include:

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of direct customer service related experience
  • A combination of education and experience would be accepted
  • Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
