Job Summary

A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Virtual People Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Directing and managing the overall administration of all people operations functions
  • Providing strategic guidance and operational assistance for diversity, inclusion, and equity
  • Maintaining organizational compliance with federal, state, and local requirements

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Three to five years’ job experience in human resources
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP (preferred) or willingness to obtain within one year of employment
