Job Details

An IT consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual PeopleSoft Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Provide PeopleSoft development services on an as needed basis
  • Provide answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality, provide advice, and research issues

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must have experience providing support during operating hours defined above with no limitation on the number of tickets
  • Experience providing functional and technical emergency services outside of standard Help Desk hours
  • Must have experience with Patch, Tax, and 1099 Update Scheduling and Application
  • Must have experience Query Development
  • Must have experience providing answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality; provide advice, and research issues
  • Must have experience troubleshooting and resolving issues
