Job Summary
An IT consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual PeopleSoft Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Provide PeopleSoft development services on an as needed basis
- Provide answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality, provide advice, and research issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must have experience providing support during operating hours defined above with no limitation on the number of tickets
- Experience providing functional and technical emergency services outside of standard Help Desk hours
- Must have experience with Patch, Tax, and 1099 Update Scheduling and Application
- Must have experience Query Development
- Must have experience providing answers to specific questions about existing or proposed functionality; provide advice, and research issues
- Must have experience troubleshooting and resolving issues
