Key Responsibilities

• Recommend financial products and services to meet member needs
• Process and manage member accounts and consumer loan applications
• Troubleshoot and provide training on member services technology

Required Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, sales, customer service, and banking
• Experience with consumer loan application processing
• Experience with account opening and teller transactions
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment
