Virtual Personal Injury Lien Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Personal Injury Lien Negotiator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical liens and outstanding bills related to personal injury cases
• Communicate and negotiate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other lien holders to resolve liens and reduce debts
• Create closing documents and financial trust sheets, as well as draft client communications

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of personal injury law and medical billing processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a highly motivated individual and exhibit professionalism
• Familiarity with case management software (e.g., Salesforce Litify, EvenUp) is a plus
• Stable internet connection and reliable remote work setup - preferably with double screens
