Virtual Personal Injury Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting attorneys in personal injury cases, the part-time Virtual Personal Injury Paralegal will manage case files, draft legal documents, and communicate with clients and court staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft demand letters, pleadings, motions, and affidavits
• Manage and organize personal injury case files from intake through trial or settlement
• Collect, review, and summarize medical records and deposition testimony

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of recent experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal research tools
• Experience with personal injury software such as FileVine or SmartAdvocate preferred
• Comfortable using video conferencing and working remotely
• Reliable Windows-based laptop and broadband internet
