Job Summary
A professional services firm specializing in risk and strategy is filling a position for a Virtual Personal Lines Insurance Broker.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests and inquiries across a number of channels in a prompt and professional manner
- Analyze, counsel and recommend coverages, identify and fill coverage gaps, identify cross sell opportunities etc
- Complete annual renewal reviews to ensure client needs from coverage and pricing perspective are maintained
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- RIBO license required with the ability to obtain other provincial licenses
- College/university degree considered an asset
- 2+ years’ work experience in personal lines insurance
- Experience working in a call center environment
- Experience with a Broker Management System
- Previous customer service experience
