Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming customer inquiries
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Establishing a positive rapport with every client
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-5 years customer service experience
- 1-2 years experience working in home office or virtual setting
- Experience with a CRM system
- Great knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
- Experience with Zendesk and with platforms like Asana and Slack
- High-speed Internet and an updated desktop or laptop computer with webcam
