Job Summary

An online pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Virtual Pharmacy Customer Service Advisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls
  • Assist customers over the phone and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction

Required Skills:

  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • 6+ months of professional customer service experience
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web based tools
  • Experience navigating and troubleshooting the internet
  • Experience multi-tasking with phone and computer skills
