A provider of business solutions to healthcare companies has an open position for a Virtual Pharmacy Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving inbound calls from current members
- Making outbound calls regarding prescription issues
- Explaining plans, procedures, protocols, benefits and services
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Previous recent pharmacy customer service experience in a call center setting
- Computer literacy- Microsoft Windows, keyboarding skills, strong systems aptitude
- Ability to maintain balanced performance in areas of production and quality
