Virtual Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A healthcare company is seeking a Virtual Pharmacy Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing an accurate and thorough explanation of medications, instructions, claims, and verify accurate information
• Responding to patients in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
• Inputting information accurately while keeping pace with the call

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of four years of Pharmacy related experience
• Must be an actively Board/State certified Pharmacy Technician
• Strong computer and telephone multitasking skills
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
