Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Pharmacy Technician in Cincinnati.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Process Prior Authorizations via inbound calls
- Facilitate the "Perfect Experience" for Members and Providers (via phone)
- Interact with Physician's offices, Members, Long Term Care Facilities and Hospitals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT)
- Solid data entry skills and ability to work with multiple programs at the same time
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including some nights
- High school diploma or equivalent
