Job Summary

Dedicated and dynamic, the part-time Virtual Phlebotomy Instructor will facilitate engaging online learning experiences for a leading plasma donation organization, utilizing multimedia tools and accommodating diverse learning styles in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous virtual instruction, promoting an interactive learning environment
• Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience and tailor instructional delivery
• Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely feedback and support to address individual learning needs

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of blood banking experience in a donor or patient-facing role with post-secondary training
• Experience with virtual or online learning environments and a strong command of virtual classroom technologies
• Moderate proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
• Demonstrated ability to adapt instructional strategies for diverse learners
