Job Summary
A digital insurance claims company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Phone Inventory Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work on lists created by the insureds to gather ages and price driving information
- Create lists of contents to meet company quality standards and allow valuation of those items
- Work directly with the policyholders, over the phone, to develop lists of their damaged contents items
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Internet access and customer service experience
- Ability to type min 65 WPM
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
