Job Summary

An education solutions provider has an open position for a Virtual Physics Teacher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Acquainting students to their coursework and communicating course and school requirements
• Employing synchronous and asynchronous tools to supplement course content
• Maintaining regular office hours to be reachable by students and parents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required
• Teaching certification for 9-12 or K-12 required
• MA, WA, VA, CA, MI, IL or MN state teaching certification in Physics with experience teaching in that subject
• Three years or more of classroom teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience
• Meet highly qualified teacher requirements
• Strong content and subject matter knowledge
