Job Summary

A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Virtual Platform and API Product Manager in Orlando.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Engaging with internal and external development ecosystem to evangelize platform and APIs
• Delivering next generation of Communications and Collaboration solutions to optimize business workflows and drive higher engagement
• Mocking up concepts, writing user stories, Product Requirement Documents, functional specs, and do whatever it takes to express your ideas to technical implementers

Required Skills:

• This is a remote position with frequent travel (30%) to our headquarters in Sarasota, FL
• 3 to 5 years experience in product management, hands-on technical architecture or system engineering role
• Experience in agile scrum planning. Experience with JIRA is highly desired
• Solid technical background
• Expertise and experience with one or more of the following technologies - WebRTC, SIP, HTML5, VOIP, IVR, collaboration, APIs and Enterprise App Integration
• Solid understanding of CPaaS, iPaaS and API architectures
