Job Summary
A nonprofit agency is filling a position for a Virtual Portfolio Administration Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Performing real estate data analysis and delivery
- Being response for Administration for field inquiries
- Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years relevant work experience, of which at least 3 years in commercial/ corporate real estate
- Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university with Accounting, Finance or Real Estate, equivalent work experience may be sufficient
- Advanced Excel stills
- Strong interpersonal relationship building, collaboration and facilitation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively present information in concise and relevant terms for quick business decisions
