Core Responsibilities Include:
- Dealing directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
- Handling to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
- Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum high school graduate or GED
- 1-3 years Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Office Basic
- Strong communication skills
- Typing minimum 30 WPM 85% accuracy
- 10 key punch 30 WPM 90% accuracy
