A manufacturer of outdoor power products is seeking a Virtual Power Tools Customer Care Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Dealing directly with both internal and external customers via telephone, email and live chat
  • Handling to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and thoroughly
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints

Position Requirements Include:

  • Minimum high school graduate or GED
  • 1-3 years Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft Office Basic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Typing minimum 30 WPM 85% accuracy
  • 10 key punch 30 WPM 90% accuracy
