Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Virtual Practice Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Define, scope and sell project engagements
- Motivate, inspire and mentor project team members to excel
- Manage the P&L for a services region in line with revenue and margin targets
Qualifications for this position include:
- 30 to 50% travel anticipated
- 5+ years of successfully managing a P&L for a services region
- Experience leading the selling and scoping activities on large scale, complex technology infrastructure projects
- Direct line manager experience of a geographically dispersed team of highly technical employees
- Strong knowledge of software implementation methodologies
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
