Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Primary Care (VPC) Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with members and providers to support care coordination and compliance in a virtual health environment
• Prepare and report on quality metrics related to VPC services and provider coverage
• Monitor and troubleshoot VPC consults, addressing scheduling and system-related issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Associate degree or higher
• Registered Medical Assistant, Certified Medical Assistant, or other medical degree
• 3+ years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably as a Medical Assistant
• Experience in care coordination and customer service-related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
