Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Primary Care APP (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual primary care visits, including assessments, chronic disease management, and acute care interventions
• Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, developing individualized care plans
• Order and interpret lab tests and coordinate follow-up care as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or Internal Medicine
• Minimum 2 years of primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine experience
• Active BLS certification at time of hire
• Ability to obtain licensure in multiple states within 90 days of hire
