Virtual Primary Care Physician

Job Summary

Combining clinical practice with executive leadership, the part-time Virtual Primary Care Physician will provide high-quality patient care through video visits and integrated team-based approaches while also serving as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer, overseeing clinical informatics strategy and technology integration in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized virtual primary care and collaborate with healthcare professionals in an integrated care model
• Lead the clinical design and optimization of the Epic environment, ensuring efficient workflows and technology governance
• Champion clinician adoption of technology and represent clinical informatics interests with health system partners and vendors

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in a primary care specialty; Family Medicine or Internal Medicine-Pediatrics preferred
• Active, unrestricted medical license with support for obtaining licenses in multiple states
• At least 5 years of post-residency clinical experience in primary care or chronic care management
• Demonstrated experience in clinical informatics and EHR optimization; formal informatics training preferred
• Familiarity with digital health tools and a strong understanding of clinical data and analytics
