Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Virtual Primary Care Physician - NY, DC, CA Licensed, who will manage telehealth visits, addressing a diverse range of patient needs through video and message-based care while working remotely and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including video appointments and message-based care
• Manage a variety of patient needs, conducting acute, chronic, and wellness visits
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership through daily huddles and ongoing clinical learning

Required qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
• At least 2 of the last 5 years of practice in a primary care or virtual primary care setting
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Active state license in either CA, NY, or DC
• Willingness to obtain and maintain additional state licenses with support from the Credentialing Team
