Job Summary

An IT and computer services company has an open position for a Virtual Principal Applications Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Analyzing, developing, and debugging software programs for commercial or end user applications
  • Writing code, completing programming, and performing testing and debugging of applications
  • Specifying, designing, and implementing modest changes to existing software architecture

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • Programming experience and strong Java Development experience
  • Experience working with MySQL or Oracle database
  • Experience with OO design principles, patterns and practices, micro-service architecture
  • Experience in application development using JavaScript Framework
