Job Summary
A software developer is seeking a Virtual Principal Customer Success Operations Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding customer success key drivers and stay close to the business through regular interactions with leadership
- Identifying areas of opportunity for the business to drive scale, improve margins, and/or streamline existing processes
- Delivering relevant insights and recommendations, driven by complex detailed-level analyses
Position Requirements Include:
- Create and/or work with our Customer Ops team to make repeatable/reliable reports to support the business
- Ability to deliver relevant insights and recommendations, driven by complex detailed-level analyses that you’ve built or consolidated and present effectively
- Build processes/targets/tools that help drive change across the business to achieve KPI’s
- Strong strategic planning skills and sharp business judgment with exceptional execution
- Intake, review, and execute on tactical ad-hoc requests from the business
