Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Virtual Private Cloud Software Developer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Integrate new and existing open source projects into a RPC code base
  • Develop automation and testing to improve efficiency and reliability of RPC software deployments
  • Investigate reported bugs and provide upstream project fixes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS degree in a technology related field required
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, engineering, testing, or a related field
  • Upstream OpenStack development experience
  • Solid Python development experience
  • Solid Ansible development experience
  • CI/CD experience (e.g. gate testing, Jenkins)
  • Application deployment experience within cloud environments
