A financial group has a current position open for a Virtual Process Management Manager II Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and prioritizing the critical opportunities to drive out the optimal service delivery model
- Focusing on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste
- Designing and developing a customer-centric, process measurement system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BS Engineering or Business Administration
- 10-15 years professional work experience, with experience working on a re-engineering initiative in the financial services industry
- A strong track record of achieving performance goals which led to business results
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Ability to effectively partner with the business and a process team to drive out change and achieve business goals
