Virtual Producer

Job Summary

Virtual Producer, a fully remote on-demand role, is responsible for supporting the technical delivery of live education sessions by assisting facilitators and troubleshooting participant issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants
• Manage the technical delivery of live remote events by providing technical guidance and instruction
• Track time and assist with interactive tools, break-out rooms, polls, and screen sharing within the virtual delivery platform

Required Qualifications

• Perfectly fluent in Arabic
• 1-3 years of experience in navigating and supporting virtual classrooms using platforms like Adobe Connect, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meets, and Webex
• Experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to build effective external relationships
• Ability to manage stress and perform calmly under pressure
• Typical working hours are 7:30am to 11:30am US Eastern Time, with flexibility based on course scheduling
