Virtual Producer (Arabic)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Producer (Arabic language, on-demand).

Key Responsibilities

• Support facilitators to create a successful learning experience for participants
• Manage the technical delivery of live remote events via video conferencing tools
• Track time and assist participants with interactive tools, break-out rooms, and screen shares

Required Qualifications

• Perfectly fluent in Arabic
• 1-3 years of experience in supporting virtual classrooms using Adobe Connect, Zoom, or similar platforms
• Experience in a customer-facing role with effective relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage stress and perform calmly under pressure
• Experience in troubleshooting participant technology challenges
