Job Summary

A marketing company has an open position for a Virtual Product and Brand Weekend Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving customer care concerns
  • Aiding in data entry, file keeping, and office organization
  • Maintaining and scheduling routes and notifying customers of upcoming services

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • You will need 2 monitors, a USB headset, webcam, and your computer connected via Ethernet cable
  • Cannot have other distractions or obligations
  • A private room that NO one else will need to be in or use during your scheduled shift
