Job Summary
A marketing company has an open position for a Virtual Product and Brand Weekend Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Fielding inbound customer calls and resolving customer care concerns
- Aiding in data entry, file keeping, and office organization
- Maintaining and scheduling routes and notifying customers of upcoming services
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- You will need 2 monitors, a USB headset, webcam, and your computer connected via Ethernet cable
- Cannot have other distractions or obligations
- A private room that NO one else will need to be in or use during your scheduled shift
