Job Summary
A travel company is seeking a Virtual Product Delivery Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing user training guides, material, and documentation
- Partnering with the Organizational Effectiveness & Development department in order for end users on how to effectively use systems features and related applications
- Communicating project outcomes in a clear, effective, and timely manner to necessary parties in the business area and other customer areas
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years travel operations and/or travel experience or related project management
- Competence with the technical environment, reservation and travel technology tools, and procedures with an understanding of industry standards
- Strong Knowledge of SABRE GDS system & Apollo GDS system (Worldspan & Amadeus experience a plus)
- A track record of gaining the trust and respect of internal and external key stakeholder so as to build world-class products in transformational and high-growth environments
- A proven background in defining, implementing, and leveraging a product through using successful project management principles
